Women’s Health Q?
I am 24 years old, my periods have never been regular (maybe 3 months of consistency). I had no period for about 3 months, then at the end of march had light bleeding, then nothing for a few days. And now for about 2 weeks have had light bleeding again, rarely heavy, and sometimes it is brown, and I am not pregnant. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas. Thanks!

Do you see a gyno for a yearly exam? She would probably recommend going on the pill to regulate your periods.
She might also test your blood to make sure your thyroid and iron levels are ok and do a pelvic exam to check for any cysts or something that might be causing the problem.
Another thing that can mess up your period is your lifestyle. Certain medicines/drugs/alcohol/cigarettes might mess it up. Not being at a healthy weight, not eating right, too much stress, poor sleep habits, etc.
Make a gyno appt and in the meantime, I would start taking a multivitamin for women.
