Are there any thursh treatments that that doctor can give that are stronger then the ones at the chemist?

If you mean vaginal Thrush the best one is the oral tablet with the cream, but only if you don’t have problems with your kidney. Otherwise a pessary is used, inserted in the vagina. Sometimes you just have thrush outside the vagina, you can just apply the cream, same as you use for tinea on the feet. I’m fairly certain you can get the tablet/cream combo straight from the pharmacy without prescription.
Yes, check wiith your doc. Are you talking about having it in the mouth? There is an old home remedy that says if the seventh son of a seventh son blows in your mouth, it will go away. My brother-in-law is and he did that for my son when he was a baby and it worked. He can also remove warts just by rubbing them. I’ve seen that happen too.
