How old are you? Since when do have your menstruation? Are you sexually active?
1) Generally, the post-puberty vagina cleanses itself by discharging a clear to whitish, sometime light yellow, mucus. This is absolutely normal and healthy. Usually, an adult woman knows which amount is normal and typical for her. The consistency of the mucus varies with your cycle from clear-runny to whitish-viscous.
2) Elevated amounts of mucus, particularly whitish-yellowish cheese-like are an indicator for a fungal infection. Usually the discharge is quite smelly, much more than it is usually. You would need to see a doctor about this and it could be treated easily.
My guess would be that everything is normal and you are just inexperienced with discharge. Clear and not smelly discharge is usually nothing to worry about. But of course, medical advice is not possible by some lines of question and answers.

well clear/whitish is just normal it means your period is coming and the discharge will stay for the rest of your love probably. Now when its yellowish i was always told that means an infection, it might not be as yellow as you think because you would know if you had an infection. But it all comes with becoming a women start wearing pantyliners
