No, and it may not prevent you from getting cervical cancer, either. I’d suggest doing some research before you go get that vaccine… it’s not been tested that well and there is no proof that it’s going to “prevent” cervical cancer. HPV and cervical cancer are CORRELATED, not causated.

The vaccine is to prevent some strains of HPV NOT cervical cancer. The drug has been extensively tested and will not prevent you from having children. However, I am very surprised your doctor would give it to you, as it is not recommended for women who have already become sexually active and typically doctors would not give it to someone old enough to try to get pregnant. Considering you need three of these shots, I’m also surprised you didn’t ask your doctor this question. Did you tell him or her you are trying to get pregnant? They will likely recommend you wait a few months. I’m not sure, but there is a good chance the drug was not tested for possible birth defects since it is not recommend for sexually active women.
