No, and it may not prevent you from getting cervical cancer, either. I'd suggest doing some research before you go get that vaccine... it's not been tested that well and there is no proof that it's going to "prevent" cervical cancer. HPV and cervical cancer are CORRELATED, not causated.

What should I tell my health care provider before getting GARDASIL?
Tell your health care provider if you:
• are pregnant or planning to get pregnant. GARDASIL is not recommended for use in pregnant
women.
• have immune problems, like HIV infection, cancer, or you take medicines that affect your immune
system.
• have a fever over 100°F (37.8°C).
• had an allergic reaction to another dose of GARDASIL.
• take any medicines, even those you can buy over the counter.
Your health care provider will help decide if you should get the vaccine.

The vaccine is to prevent some strains of HPV NOT cervical cancer. The drug has been extensively tested and will not prevent you from having children. However, I am very surprised your doctor would give it to you, as it is not recommended for women who have already become sexually active and typically doctors would not give it to someone old enough to try to get pregnant. Considering you need three of these shots, I’m also surprised you didn't ask your doctor this question. Did you tell him or her you are trying to get pregnant? They will likely recommend you wait a few months. I’m not sure, but there is a good chance the drug was not tested for possible birth defects since it is not recommend for sexually active women.
