The previous answers are correct. Only if breast cancer had metastasized to the brain might headaches and blurred vision occur.
Neither are symptoms of breast cancer

  2. Dr.Ahmed Says:

simply because of metastasis to the brain and formation of new tumors there.tumors on optic nerve will cause blurred vision.
search for details if you wish.

The symptoms of breast cancer do not include headache and blurred vision. The headache and blurred vision indicate that the brain is involved. Vision changes and problems can be caused by many different conditions including brain tumor. Occasionally, breast cancer presents as metastatic disease, that is, cancer that has spread beyond the original organ. Metastatic breast cancer will cause symptoms that depend on the location of metastasis. More common sites of metastasis include bone, liver, lung, and brain.
