11 Responses to “Why Do Women Answer Questions In Men’s Health?”
Women have husbands, sons, lovers, and male friends – they get a fair bit of exposure to men’s issues. In fact, a woman who’s had two or three male lovers might have seen more range of variation in men than you’ve ever seen, unless you’ve had a lot of male lovers too.
I like seeing thoughts and experiences from both halves of the species. If you prefer rigid segregation of the sexes, you might be more comfortable somewhere like Saudi Arabia.
Because I know the answers. Not to all of them, but to the ones I answer.
Women aren’t excluded from knowing answers just because of their gender. A lot of questions here are fact-based. That’s just to do with research, not gender. If somebody asks for example how many sperm are in a typical ejaculation, it’s not like a guy can just squirt some out and count them, both men and women know that by research and the answer depends on research not gender. Same with a question on average penis size. Anybody can look up the average, you don’t need to be male to do that. Having said that, many women are intimate with several men over their lives and therefore have a good understanding of more than one man. Whereas a straight man would only know about himself.
I also post in Women’s Health and have no problems with guys over there as long as they are being sensible. A lot of them have experience and knowledge.
The number of Best Answers I receive, usually selected by whoever asked the question but sometimes by voters, as well as my Top Contributor badge, show me that a lot of people, male and female, trust and value my opinions. Guys send me messages telling me I help them.
I don’t know, sometimes they do give out great advice. Although on some questions I don’t think they really have much right to answer..but i think that mens health needs girls here to help answer. I mean the top answerer is a girl.
