When you start smoking how long till you see results of weight loss?

well, have a cigarette whenever you want a snack,
i know it’s not good for you but I’ve done it.
After about 3 weeks or a month I’d lost about half a stone?
Smoking isn’t the best way to go, whenever you have the urge to smoke or snack try chewing gum or something. That also helped me.
It depends on how well you use smoking as a substitute for food. Smoking itself doesn’t cause weight loss – it helps you control your appetite so you take in fewer calories. Usually, the more you smoke, the less you eat. But you still have to burn the calories that you consume, so take up walking or something to burn off the calories and use the smoking to keep from eating too much, and you will see it start to work very soon.

btw, my grandmother had lung cancer and died from smoking.. my dad smoked for years and years and was constantly coughing and had a really gruff voice.. he quit and he’s so much healthier and feels alot better. smoking is not something to get into… it’s alot more serious than you think. i might still have my grandmother here if it weren’t for smoking… just don’t do it.. it’s not worth it to possibly give up your life for something so stupid…
depends but you’ll stink, teeth will be yellow not kissable, high blood pressure, anxiety, clotted arteries, chance of death, lung cancer, coughing, aging and wrinkly skin, and a few other stuff depletion of vitamin C in the body so healing will be extended if you get hurt….All kinds of fun stuff but you might lose a pound or 2 if it’s worth it or just diet instead and workout….
i am sorry but you are an idiot!! you have started smoking to lose weight! I would rather be tubbier and have healthy lungs than smoke and die of cancer! I smoke and its horrible!
My two grandads died of cancer and my nan has emphysemaa from smoking!!!

Some people eat when they are depressed. People seem to lose weight when they smoke because instead of eating when depressed, they smoke. Smoking is not a good idea. Didn’t you listen during health class or D.A.R,E. or any of those other classes?
NO NO NO! This isn’t the way to go! Smoking is terrible i’m trying to quit and can’t don’t start u wont be able to stop! Would u rather have a few extra pounds or cancer? Its not worth it please i’m begging u!
