What Kind Of Dress Should I Wear To A Beauty Pageant?

I am having trouble deciding whether to wear a two peice short cupcake dress or a long ballgown I am about 5’3 and I am 13 entering my first glitz pageants I have done natural pageants but none as professional as this one if anybody has any ideas feel free to tell me?
