    No 13 year old should be using diet pills of any kind. They are made for when your body is fully developed which it is not at 13. Get outside and play!

    Take it from them… Pills don’t work. But here is something that will help ok? First of all, don’t feel sorry for yourself. Instead forgive yourself and move on to improving because self pitty is a weapon used by your worst enemy (you). You are very young so you can do this faster than most. Don’t drink anymore soda, don’t have anything w a lot of sugar and don’t eat that much bread anymore. When you are home, turn on some good music and dance your heart out everyday for atleast 30 minutes a day (even if you’re not a good dancer) and take brakes when you need to. Drink lots of Cold water! When you eat, don’t eat to get full, just enough to satisfy your appetite. You will notice you will get hungry more often and that’s okay, just give your stomach little things to keep it satisfied and it will get used to not needing so much. sit ups crunches and swimming is great!     NO!!! do not take them they do not work and they only waste your money just try taking a 15 minute walk everyday and not eating snacks after dinner
