What Is Beauty And Where Did It Come From?
OK….i.e. we have two women standing by each other. Out of 10000 people, 9998 say that the first one is more beutiful. How and why do they know that the first one is more beautiful? Where did the meaning of beauty come from? AND there isn’t a “sheme” for those who are beautiful because there are millions of totally different people who are beautiful…THEY JUST ARE!!! Is it that people before us had a picture of beauty that we now use unconsiously???? OR WHAT?

It’s in our instincts. People are attracted to certain features in the opposite sex for the purpose of having children. You instinctually look for certain traits. Most guys like large breasts (breastfeeding), nice hair (health), hips (child bearing). I dont remember where I heard that but I did read it somewhere. Women look for tall guys, broad shoulders….not all but it definitely catches your eye.
That being said, it’s also mixed with the culture we live in. We have a certain standard of beauty and perfection that is set way to high. You see all these “beautiful” people on the cover of magazines, ugly rich guys with trophy wives, ect. You get people like Paris Hilton shoved down your throat constantly and told she is beautiful because she models. Nobody can look perfect unless you don’t have a job and spend your whole day working out and having people dress and cook for you.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder. i have seen some of the most beautiful women entirely covered up with only eyes showing or their face showing and found them more beautiful than any one person voted to be most beautiful in some magazine or some tv show.

Beauty as they say is in the eye of the beholder.
But there are many features which are more appealing in the western world, to the majority of us than in the minority of us.
Blonde hair, big blue eyes in females
Dark strong features in males.

I believe beauty can be a gift of an inner confidence that radiates from within..without being conceited
It’s the ability to enchant someone without being manipulative.
It’s natural in the sense that it’s a magical feeling for the recipient when they receive the compliment.
As exciting as it is to receive the attention from the opposite sex, there is no feeling like receiving the attention from a child or an elderly person.
It’s a magnetism that is even more than I have described.
