could be just having to do with your next period , is it moving? The more it moves the less likely it is something serious but hey i am not a doctor so go and see one and maybe 2 for a second opinion. Also has there been a familymember with breastcancer or another? your worrying is certainly not good for your wellbeing.I pray you are fine and that you dont have cancer.

it's not always a lump but also can be a ball inside the breast. so it's good to fumble it to see if there's any inside but be hurry, go to a doctor for safety reasons

Usually it would show up as a lump in your breast, and even if it was a lump - only 1 in 5 lumps are cancer and most breast cancers are now fully treatable, so i looks good for you. But you should still see a doctor immediately, it's not worth taking the a risk with something like this, and even if it's something less serious it's worth getting it sorted as soon as possible!
