There isn’t another color for male breast cancer because breast cancer is breast cancer whether it is in a man or a woman. This question is like asking why there aren’t two different colors for supporting our male and female troops.

breast cancer is breast cancer whether it is in a male or female. It os pretty rare in males, so I imagine, they probably have not made a ribbon color for it.
Green is for organ and tissue donation. Black is for POAMIA.
yellow is to support out troops and I had a purple one on the back of my car for domestic violence support.

I dont know the colors but, there is not an abundance of male breast cancer as there is in women, but, yes I agree with you, Male breast cancer does happen…..
I met a gentlemen that had it at one of the local Relay For Life events that the American Cancer Society holds every year.
