Weight Loss After Childbirth Which Program Really Works The Best?

I am 28 years old and I had my first child in feb of this year. I have been losing the weight but not the inches off the midsection and I have tried ever kind of weight loss project you can think of. I have been watching all of those infomercials on tv and I was wandering if any of them really work for everyday folks like me trying to trim the midsection and tone back up in other places. thanks for the input.

    Congrats on your new baby…my wife and I had our first new baby child in May. As with me, I have been on several weight managment programs and they work for the short term however not the long term since we live in a fast paced society .     do weight watchers. as soon as jenny mccarthy gave birth to her son, she joined weight watchers.
