i only did it a few times, but now I’m hearing about the risks and i’m awfully worried.
are there any ways to avoid getting Breast Cancer?

I agree with “Cookie” make it a gift to yourself to get a monogram test for your birthday every year.
Self exams are okay but I feel that by the time you find a lump it just maybe a bit late , a monogram test can find it before you can feel it.
And if bras where the reason for breast cancer we would be burring our bras for real this time.

I read the book about how wearing bras contributes to our chances of developing breast cancer.
Odds are that if you only did it a few times, it won’t hurt you but I certanly wouldn’t do it on a regular basis. We ha ve lymphnodes under our arms that go down our sides, read up on them, it’s important that they be allowed to work right and having on a bra all the time, especially if it’s too tight, can block those lymph nodes.
On the other hand, I do regular self-exams of my breasts (once a month) to make sure I’m not developing weird lumps or bumps plus get regular mamograms.

I don’t think there is a connection whatsoever. Cancer has to do with the unusal adnormal growth of cells. Which doesn’t have anything to do with your bra.

That’s not true LaLa.
You cant avoid getting breast cancer babe, But you can stop it before it gets to be a danger to you .
mamograms, mamograms, mamograms, get your test yearly twice a year if you feel that you need to.
My mother use to get tasted twice a year and when thy found cancer it was removed but thy didn’t remove the breast she has been in remission for a year now.
All because thy found it at it;s first stage.
Mamograms, mamograms, MAMOGRAMS !! lady’s PLEASE!
Make that test a gift to your self yearly it can save your life.

just to be extra sure go Bra-less for 7 times the amount of nights you kept them imprisoned ….. to be super, super sure
set them free al fresco often.
