multiple breast cysts, breast growth, breast tenderness, cramps for several weeks with absense of period…?

and slightly more discharge than usual….any explanation?
You see I have alot of not all early symptoms of very early pregnancy however the only time where this could be possible happened a day or two before my last period, which was shorter than usual. and that was over 4 weeks ago… would i be having cramps if I was pregnant?
