Lump On Arm After Cervical Cancer Jab?

i had my cervical cancer jab about two weeks ago (the first one) and now i have a lump on my arm under the skin exactly where the needle went.its hard and isn’t painful unless i touch it or knock it. what could it be? is it anything serious?
