Is It Compulsary To Hve Health License U/s 394 For Opening A Small Beauty Salon In Mumbai, India?

I am planning to open a beauty salon in a residential area. Size of shop is around 250 sq.ft.
Please let me know the list of licenses required other than Shop License

As far as I know you need a health, tax and business license to have a beauty salon.
