Here are the data for Breast Cancer Survival Rates by Stage from – http://www.imaginis.com/breasthealth/sta…
“Health care professionals are able to be predict a patient’s survival rate based on the determined stage of breast cancer. The following chart is an approximate survival rate for each stage of breast cancer. Percentages will vary depending on individual medical situations.
Stage – 5 year Relative Survival Rate
    0 100%
    I 100%
    IIA 92%
    IIB 81%
    IIIA 67%
    IIIB 54%
    IV 20%

If you look at the site you will see how to stage breast cancers. Most breast cancer patients in the USA are cured, but most present with early disease. If you are talking about widely metastatic far advanced breast cancer, our goal in those cases is to buy quality time.

Cancer is never refered to as curable. Remission is the word physicians use. You may never get it in your life again, and live to be a ripe old age after having cancer, it will always be part of your medical history.

There is no guaranteed cure for breast cancer. Breast cancer can return at any time, even years after diagnosis and treatment.
The survival statistics refer to people who have had breast cancer who are still alive five years after diagnosis; they may have terminal cancer by then, but if they’re still alive they’re included in the survival statistics.
One woman I met through breast cancer support networks had been diagnosed grade 0; she often said she felt a fraud compared to the rest of us who had been diagnosed at higher stages. She was later found to have extensive bone metastasis, and even though treatment really helped she is still an occasional wheelchair user.
Although the statistic that 75% of breast cancers caught early are cured is undoubtedly correct, no doctor will ever assure a woman who has breast cancer that she is cured or ‘all-clear’. I guess it can only be known for certain when they die from some other cause without ever having a recurrence of breast cancer. The fear is always there, though it takes more of a back seat as the years go by.
(This answer may disappear as, following a disagreement with somebody on here yesterday, I now have a troll who reports and gives multiple ‘thumbs downs’ to my answers, especially those on breast cancer. YA has been made aware of this, including the person’s probable identity.)
