I Am Throwing A 5 Year Breast Cancer Surviorship Surprise Party For My 34 Year Old Sister. ?

Does anyone have any party ideas? Any pink/breast cancer appetizers or pink non-alcoholic drinks? I’m also looking for a few games to play. There will be about 40 people. I’ve been searching for a few days….and only found a couple ideas, so any help will be GREATLY appreciated!! I’m also at a lost for a good gift I could get her. Any ideas on that too? Thanks!

I think that’s a wonderful idea =) You are so good to celebrate your Sisters life/recovery this way.
The party itself is a great gift, You can also give her a lovely card with a “day at the spa” gift card inside, that she can either go to alone or maybe you can join her.
If she’s not into spas and the like, maybe get her a really pretty bracelet that has pinkish stones in it.
Also buy her a pink photo album , take pictures of everyone at the party and fill the album with the photos after you get them developed.
    [Ideas]
Pink invitations, maybe get some of the ribbon pins and add them to the invitation, people can wear them to the party.
Pink and white balloons, pink flowers on the tables and white table clothes.
Pink foods will mostly be food coloring, so what about using pink plates and regular colored foods?
    [Drinks]
    PINK PUNCH
6 (6 oz.) cans frozen pink lemonade concentrate, partially thawed
6 pkgs. frozen strawberries, partly thawed
6 (6 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
    8 qts. ginger ale
    4 qts. soda water
    Ice
In each of two large punch bowls, combine half of each ingredient. Stir until frozen, lemonade and strawberries soften and break up. Add ice and serve.
    [Pink foods]
    Cupcakes/cake
    Crabmeat salad/dip
    Shrimp cocktail
    Ham Sandwiches
    [Games]
No idea where you are having this party so these may be inappropriate.
    Charades/Musical chairs(fun for all ages)/Dart board/pink hula hoops.
Hope I helped =) Have a wonderful party

wow, planning on as well, awesome! you should try serving a fruit salad. get some canned mixed fruits, pour out the juice until the fruit is dry, then mix it in some cool whip then just add some red food coloring to make it pink. that makes a good desert. have everyone that attends wear pink, it really really sets the mood. i am also making a power point presentation of her life and just some things about here that make her just so awesome you could have everyone write down something funny that they did or remember about her and have everyone try to guess who wrote it, that would be a fun game and it would make your sister feel good about herself. for drinks you could make a pink punch with some ice cream or sherbet in it, someone has already given you the recipe. for appetizers you could buy a cookie cutter shaped like a ribbon and give little sandwiches.
