    your born with them, and to get rid of them, get surgery

    I believe that they are inherited. If you feel you must have one removed, go to a dermatologist. It might not be a good idea; but, they should be able to offer good professional advice.

    and i know for a fact they are moles. you get rid of them either by laser, or with surgery.

    This is genetic.
    You can only get rid of they by getting them lasered off. You will need to consult a dermatologist for that.
