The original “Medical Weight Loss Diet” was basically a medium carbohydrates diet that allowed about 60 carb per day. The key to the diet was the boredom. It called for the same food pretty much everyday.
If you are really looking for the best weight loss diet, I suggest doing what this mom did, combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best diet result http://saraweightlossblog.blogspot.com/
Best Wishes,
Weight loss is accomplished by a simple equation, expend more calories than you take in.
Increase your activity in all aspects of life and practice portion control. There is no “magic” to weight loss, just take an honest and truthful assessment of how much you eat and get control over that.
