Cervical Cancer During Pregnancy And After?

I came back from the doctors today
and she was telling me
that i might have cervical cancer,
or a high risk
Its really worrying me.
Im pregnant 15 weeks
Does this affect the delivery?
Has anyone had this?
And can i be able to have anymore kids after this?
Im only 18 and way to young to have it..
Atleast they detected it early.
