Technically yes. For example if the finger has an open wound especially if it is activly bleeding. Penetration almost always causes small tears in the vaginal wall and the nails on the finger will make that worse. That gives you blood on blood contact and while the chances are very low, it is a technical possibility.
No. A patient must have been infected with Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) to develop cervical cancer. So unless that finger contains Human Papilloma Virus, it can’t cause cervical cancer. If the finger is dirty, you’ll get a GU infection instead.
definately not. cervical cancer has to do with the cells that are on and in the cervix. if you’ve ever had a pap smear, those are the cells that they collect from your cervix.

OMG,NO,but you can get an infection if his fingers arent clean.

NO!
