Can Hot Yoga Really Help With Weight Loss?
I’ve recently tried hot yoga and it was awesome. However, out of curiosity, how does it benefit me? Can it somewhat help with weight loss? Anyone have any experiences? Thanks!

The other answers sounded like they were selling something. Anyways, yes ant yoga certainly does help you loose weight. Especially hot yoga since it is not only intense but will help you loose water weight and detox the body. Personally, I would try a few regular yoga classes first since hot yoga can be intense. But if your in good shape, I say go for it.
Me I had a hard time taking the last 15lbs off after i gained 45 when i became disabled. Yoga, an occasional run (more like fast walk) on the treadmill, weight watchers and getting off white bread and sugar helped take it right off. Take care.

In order to lose weight through hot yoga, you’ll need to follow a healthy diet along with your practice. Yes it helps, through the intense breathing power-building techniques. with that hot room in which you practice it. You’ll sweat, lose the waste material, clean your body inside, and open your skin tissues to rejuvenate your entire body. This will lead to more activity and energy for you.
