Breast Cancer ?

today, i found a tiny darkish bump under my nipple, and im so scared that it’s breast cancer! i did some research, and i found out that other symptoms are swollen lymph nodes in my armpit, which i think i have. they’ve been there for almost a year, though. another symptom was an indented nipple, which i’ve also had since i was around 10, probably because i kept bumping it into things. im only 14, and i know the chances are really slim, but i read that its possible at any age! please, help me!
