I am happy to say YOU DO NOT HAVE BREAST CANCER. As a surgeon I have cared for breast cancer patients for over twice as long as you have been alive. So please stop worrying. There is no need to be scared.
Your breasts are still in the middle of development, and during this time of your life, gland tissues are growing, and lumpiness is almost always present. Other answers have also highlighted that at your age breast cancer for all intents and purposes, doesn’t occur. It is rarer than you can imagine.
Stop feeling for lumps for a bit. At your age it can be very confusing. You also need to know that a lumps due to the gland tissue in the breast almost always change with your periods, being largest before a period, and then getting smaller after the period has started. They may also be tender before a period.
I don’t think you need to rush off to a doctor/nurse to get this checked out.

The chances of breast cancer at 16 are very close to zero – your case would make headline news if you had it.
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer I was allocated to the breast care nurse whose special interest was ‘breast cancer and younger women’; I was 50.
Breast cancer is almost unheard of in under 25s (let alone teens) and fewer than 0.1% of all those diagnosed with it are under 30. Only 5% are under 40 and most (80%) are over 50.
Most breast lumps, even in women over 50, aren’t cancerous, and many women have naturally lumpy breasts. Your breasts are still developing and what you describe is almost certainly hormonal.
Talk to your mother about this; if you don’t feel comfortable doing that, talk to your school nurse – she will be used to girls having worries like this and she will be able to reassure you that you don’t have breast cancer.

A few lumps? Not likely to be cancer then. It’s usually one lump and it’s veeeeeeeeeeery uncommon in your age group. Lumps in the breasts can be normal. Many women have cystic breasts. (They feel lumpy) and if the lumps are under the nipple it’s probably milk ducts/glandular tissue. But see a doc if you’re worried. Typically a cancerous lump feels much harder/firmer and much different than other surrounding lumps in the breast tissue.

Your probability to get this illness are in your age about 0,01 %.
However ask your doctor and take SELENIUM each day ( also your
boyfriend – against Prostata-Cancer ) in the dose your doctor may prescribe, all your life.
It is very cheap and in Sweden it is free !
