More than likely it is from your period - If you drink alot of caffeinated drinks then please stop. That has alot to do with the lumps also

I am no doctor, but am at the age when I've been reading a lot about breast cancer. I know it may uncomfortable, but ask your mother or another close adult woman relative to check it out. You should go to the doctor even though it may be nothing at all, the sooner you go the easier it is to start an ongoing record of this for you. It will help you to have a record of what is normal for your body as you get older.

At 14 your breast are still growing and all young ladies had to endure that annoying lump in our breast that was only from hormones. Top it off with a period, you are going to be sensitive and even some soreness to your breast. Don't worry, It's hormones playing havoc on your body. Boy, they're good at that aren't they, No cancer. I wish you the best. Oh, the girl that mentioned caffeine...I drank so much coffee at your age and I still do. Enjoy. and be blessed. Honey, you are fine.
